No CID came up, but I recognize the number as having called quite a bit. Didn't answer, and they hung up before my VM could announce the number calling. Must not have been anything important.
"Electorate Info", presumably some type of political organization/survey that I don't give a damn about. Saw the caller ID and let my phone ring, and the call disconnected after three rings. Apparently these [***] are wise to the fact that most answering machines pick up on the fourth ring and have their robodialer programmed accordingly.
