Today since 8Am I have been called 5-6 times. Never leave a message. Will attempt to block calls with my telephone provider. Obviously from the posts this is a scam bank and unfortunately with the low penalty (low payouts per person) from the class action suit , they will continue to harass consumers.
They identified themselves as Comenity Bank. They exclaimed that I owed money for a credit card. I don't remember which credit card, however, I'm not indebted to anyone. I'm an 84 year old woman and they're calling the wrong person.
If they call again, I'll get my attorney grandson on their rear ends.

Called at 8:09 am. Said nothing but call was way to early on a Saturday morning. Looked up number, Comenity Bank - who is this? Why are they calling me? My only credit card is through my bank and paid off every month. Have blocked their number. If happens again will take stronger measures.
