How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?

this is COMENITY bank. Debt collector. My wife missed Ann Loft and Victoria Secret payments.

Another one of Comenity Bank's numbers.  They just started calling from this number adding to their other numbers non stop.  Does anyone know if there is a limit companies are allowed to call per day?  Their calls are excessive to put it mildly.  It's turned into harassment in my opinion.  Over 30 calls in one day.

And yes, I have a call blocker.  Even so, there should be a legal limit on the amount of calls.
