After countless calls from this number I finally looked it up and its a bogus IRS company ..... My next step is to contact my attorney and file a complaint towards this company.........
I received a call from Patrick at this number. After trying to tell me my companys name multiple times he finally gave up and asked what it was.Hope none of you guys are DBA Murphy's Mule Shop!
These guys are the modern day equivalent of debt consolidation companies. They find your name in a tax database (not sure how that information is available) and harass as if they are the bill collector. They charge an expensive for doing what you can do with your local IRS agent. Because they don't know what the tax notice actually says they make up [***] till they get your power of attorney. Hang up on them, they are a complete scam.
