A month ago 720-459-7144 and two other telemarketers would call 3 to 4 times a day using different numbers. After weeks of calling it finally stopped. Now it has started again. I am leaving a message at 1-800-337-9629 to PLEAD with Nova to make it stop. No one should have their phone called 20 to 35 times in a month by a Nova financial or one of their hires [***].
Nova financial has a telemarketer calling 2 to 4 times a day for weeks. I have asked the marketer to stop, and they said it wasn't them that called me an hour ago.( It was 720 583 6967) then the next day it was 720 328 3134. The next day it was 800 337 9629. Then it was the 7144 number three times that day. I sent 34 emails to nova to stop.And just received another call from 720 583 6967.

I apologize for your experience. I am President of Nova Financial Group, Inc. We are in fact a company that reaches out to business owners that have a tax liability with either the IRS or State taxing authorities. Any time you ask one of my employees to remove you from our call list, I absolutely expect them to comply. This company has no interest in interrupting your day if you're not interested in our services. I will speak with my employees and reiterate this point. As for the host of other numbers calling from the Denver-area... There are several Tax Resolutions companies located in and around Denver, Colorado. I do not recognize the specific phone numbers you referenced, and believe they may have come from an entirely different company. I have searched all my company's email records, and cannot find a single email requesting removal from our call list- let alone the 34 emails you referenced. It won't matter if you tell them to stop...they won't. I question "Lawyers" who pick out people from public records and then call them non-stop. I can't imagine ever choosing my lawyer from someone who calls me half way across the country unsolicited. Please reconsider how you get 'clients'!!! Seriously - telemarketing for clients????
I got a call just now from a very rude and touchy telemarketer claiming to know something about a $10,000 state tax lien against my company. When I tried to ask him about who he represents and why he was asking such personal questions of me, he went on an angry rant about how he didn't know what was up with people today and that if i didn't know about a tax lien then he wasn't sure why he was even talking to me. So I told him to go [***] himself. I hope that qualifies as asking the company not to contact me any more. Because if it happens again, I am going to pursue legal options.
How dare you scour public records about tax information in order to solicit random clients over the phone and then get pissed at them for taking offense at the invasiveness of your tactics! I will say it one more time, call me again, and there's going to be trouble.
