The caller (an American male, no noticeable accent/dialect, no background noises during the call, no audible static - very clear connection, estimate caller is late 20's to early 30's in age) claimed to be calling from Comcast and stated a first/last name and asked if it was me. Please note that 720-463-5465 is a private landline based in Sedalia, Colorado and is not an authorized Comcast provider number, and the caller is not a real Comcast employee (verified by myself with corporate). I refused to confirm or share any personal information with the caller. The caller then stated that he knew that I was a Comcast customer, a first/last name, and again asked if I was with Comcast and if my name was first/last name. I again refused to confirm or provide any personal information. He then said "thank you for your time" and hung up. The two red flags for me were that the Caller ID description did not say Comcast or have their logo. The second is that I received the call on a non-Comcast mobile number. I do have a Comcast landline in my name - if they were ever trying to reach me, it would be using the Comcast landline. After confirming the 720-463-5465 number is not affiliated with Comcast, and that the caller is not an employee, I filed an online federal complaint with the FTC and would encourage others to do the same.

The guy is recording your voice to get you to say "yes" when you are asked questions in what seems like a simple survey. Those responses are used to his benefit. Stop answering the phone from unidentified callers.
Today i received a phone call the man claimed that he works for comcast the entire conversation was in spanish telling me to that they have special bilingual packages on special for a limited of time offer i told him that i prefer the english package and he was trying to convince me to purchase them i told him no that i wasn't interested but i noticed in the background noise that they were kid noises and young adults talking i told him wats that noise. He replied that qas the office tv hmmm ??? Strange huh
Got a phone call from 720-43-5465. Seems like a major scam. Very pushy. Told him 3 times I was not interested in hearing about products. Proceeded to ask me if I had another provider? I responded "dude, I'm with your company" If this is Comcast, fix your people. For everyone else, don't buy into this guy. Reporting after this message.
