This is some kind of timeshare fraud, cold calling elderly people and trying to get them to come to a sales presentation. They claim to have some sort of information about an existing timeshare agreement to get people to come to their sales pitch where they try to sell you something else.
The person they're calling for shows up at this number as a result of some very shoddy datamining, and he never owned a timeshare, but he would be about 90 if he were alive. I get a lot of scam calls for him targeted toward elderly people, so I'm assuming there's some master list they use to specifically target older people.
