Computer / Microsoft scam. Caller says my computer is infected and has problems. Wants to fix remotely. This is an old scam that has suddenly gotten new life activity from several different phone # sources. Has been calling for the last few days. This # (720) 476-2305 (ID says Wireless Caller) and (602) 938-4792 (ID says Fisher Kimberly) are spoofed. Hang up or waste their time on the phone (or just block it on your phone). Whatever you do, do not believe a single word of their script............!!!!!
Asked "who is this"...."My name is Mark Wilson..calling about a problem with your computer, ok?"
Foreign accent, and obvious scam..
Replied "no, not ok"..and hung up.
Said they were w/Microsoft, said they had worked on my computer before. I said I didn't think so, we argued, He said he would cut off all of my internet access, and told me to get lost.
