**this is a scammer! They copy listings from mls and list them on craigslist, scamming people out of rental deposits and such. I am dealing with the legitimate owner of a property now, re: a cl posting this scammer is trying to pass off as his.  These are foreigners - the english grammar is a dead give-away.
