Started off her sales pitch by saying "we will be there on the 14th and 27th" but then wanted to schedule an appointment with the CFO and CPO, then gave me the wrong name of our CFO. Called back to say that the CEO of Employers Unity made a mistake in their notes, well it wasn't the CEO it was their Admin Assistant, who has since left the company.
