This is Longmont United Hospital making "courtesy" calls to remind you of amounts owed. Very sneaky with no mention ever of who the call is. You'll get an automated message saying "Hello, your call is very important to us please hold" and then "Thank you for waiting, your call is very important to us, please hold..." Never saying "Longmont United Hospital"
I disapprove strongly of this surreptitious and sneaky strategy. Just call and leave me a message saying this is Longmont United Hospital. Don't hide it. Especially when this was a courtesy call saying they had mailed a bill for $40.12 and it wasn't even overdue!
I agree too about the "sneeky" way they do things. I guess they have to though for legal reasons. They "the caller" doesn't know who will intercept the message and debt information is supposed to be secure/secret information except for the person who's name is on the bill.
Even if your married etc. they aren't supposed to share that information. They can still at least call and say this is LUH and we need to talk to Ms. so and so or Mr. so and so.
called using a number that came up with 0
then said they are LUH and said they need to talk to me. why? a bill collector sent me a bill and I have Medicare. What are these fools doing. Not the right thing if you ask me.
I don't accept block calls, they are sneaky by using 0 and then said call 720 494 2999

This is UH and they are RUDE! I set up a payment plan with them the MINUTE I GOT THE BILL. and they keep calling me. I have payment plan set up and they keep calling my phone and not leaving a message. they are using my minutes. I held forever to talk to a supervisor about this. No one ever came on to talk to me. I will go directly to UH and let them know about this. I am in the healthcare industry and this is NOT how you do business.
