I just received a new landline and received a call from this number. Knowing it wasn't for me, (because I am the only one who knows the number), so I answered, the man was RUDE and kept talking over me. I want to find out where we report him for a scam using Veteran's Association.

Spam. Don't bother with the phone number. Just block them as I so happily did. :D
FYI : If anyone wonders how these annoying fools get your number its because certain companies sell phone numbers. The good news is you can always block the creeps from harassment.
