keeps calling day and night leaves no message

Have no idea who these people are.  no message left.  They keep calling my cell and work phone.

Same thing. calls day and night.  Hangs up once I answer.
Getting fed up.

No message.  Called the number.  It's a debt collection agency, and I have absolutely no outstanding debt, so I suspect it's a scam.

I called them after I missed calls from them
I asked them who is this? They don't answer the question because they want me to verify my information first. When I refused that they said we will get back to you.
