Same as above. Trouble with headset, named herself Emily. No response and keep talking when I told her to take my number off. Sounded like live person, but it makes sense if it was recording.
I had a call earlier today from a different number that when I checked, the people on that 800notes said the same thing about gal having problems with headset. It was a 970 number.
