Didn't answer. Left no message. Called the number right back to check if legit and call couldn't be completed. Spam of some kind. Maybe political as this is getting to be the season.
This number calls me every other day, and a different 720 number calls on the alternative days. I picked up once and the male asked for me by name and when I said I was that person, he hung up.
Typical way to confirm your name to go along with your number. Likely brings in more money and other parties can call and surprise you by already knowing your name. Can't get that from numbers with no answer.
