Called while it was noisy on my end, with a 2-year-old crying loudly. When the caller came on I quietly waited awhile so they could listen to the way I really feel about getting scam calls. The caller finally asked if this was (my first name, a double name). I hung up.
These people have NOTHING better to do and NO LIFE!!!!!!!!!! What's pitiful is the fact they never leave a message. Now they are using :lottery winner" as the so-called name!!!!!! Only an IDIOT would believe they are being called with the "name lottery"!!!!!!!! As for putting this number or any other on the "Do not call" list is a waste of time, because as soon as you do, they have ALREADY changed thie number!!!!!!!!!! I LAUGHED because it's funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Operations like this look to target the elderly and other vulnerable people. It is for this reason that I tend not to find such calls all that humorous.
