Sorry to say, these are collector calls. They will do a skip trace for anyone they are trying to find & continue to call no matter what. The only way they will stop is if you send something in writing telling them they HAVE to stop calling. Even though they KNOW the laws if you say they have the wrong number they are supposed to discontinue call. I was a supervisor for a reason-didn't treat people like THIS!
He said he was calling for an insurance company and when I refused to put the person he wanted on the phone, telling him it was a wrong number, he was angry at me. I hung up.
do not know how these scammers , hackers, stalkers obtained all my phone numbers. very disrespectful not to leave message for purpose of call. you can tell therefore, that they are of the above,no doubt. maybe they should be volunteering for disaster relief...everywhere instead of making unpurposeful calls....
