Leena has been calling my work, but never calls my home. I returned her call and she was exceptionally rude and unpleasant, demanding I give her my personal information (my address, dob, ssn). I would not give her any information and she became even more unpleasant. She threatens she's calling from Collection Court but she says it so fast, it's hard to be certain of the company name.

This company (debt collector or scam?) is extremely rude. They will not give me any information until I give them my personal information. I do not see how this can be legal. I told her to remove my work phone number, or I would report them - she screamed at me and said she was getting her manager. I hung up and have not answered since.

I'm still working on a catching up on a few past medical bills so it's possible it may be a legitimate debt collector, but I refuse to give my personal information to someone who contacted me, refuses to give me any information about what they are trying to accomplish, or who are they are even trying to collect.

Life isn't always easy, but I don't need to add identity theft on top of everything else.
