This number was listed on Craigslist to send a text in order to inquire about a house for rent. DON'T DO IT! I fell for the scam and sent a partial payment of $600 to secure the rental and then they were to have a FedEx courier send the keys and add'l documentation to us. Then the next day they wanted me to send the full payment, which I did not do. The pm prior we went by the house to look at it and noticed there were people living in there. I questioned this the following day and Catherine (or whoever it was) said I shouldn't go by the house because it was her sister just stopping by from out of town to check on things and not to go by the house because the police would be called, then she said her sister was mentally disturbed. She refused to talk to me over the phone and continued to demand the add'l money. We contacted the real estate agency and called the police. I've filed subsequent complaints. She goes by Catherine Fuller or Catherine Tart with email addresses of:  [email protected] or [email protected] Also BEWARE of Casey Woodbury! He is working with her too as her "account manager" to "manage her investments".

We made contact by Text message as the adv instructed and we asked to see the house and Catherine Fuller with the phone number (720) 509-9769 gave instructions to sent a security payment of $1000.00 now with a $1000.00 ffor first months rent to follow to secure the rental and then they were to have a FedEx courier send the keys and add'l documentation to us.  When we asked when we could see the house she said that she was in Paris right now and became aggressive about mailing the money immed.  We told her we were not interested futher.
