They messaged me responding to my ad on kiji looking for a place to live. They offered a home for rent and wanted to set up an rental agreement with me. Said they were out of the country on a Unicef mission and wanted it rented out while they were away. When I drove by the property I called the property rental company on the sign on the property and they didn't know who this person was and the rent for the property was much higher as it was in a very prominent area. If it looks to good to be true chances are it is! Buyer be ware!

As above I have had same issue.
I googled the property and it is said to be a 4 bedroom house and its for sale.
Dr Franklin advised me its a 2 bedroom house & rent was a lot cheaper than what was advertised on the companies website.that was my first concern.. Can only come to show you house if you pay deposit first.
