Looks like a porn number, or a scam of some kind.  Got a text from this number on my work phone.

Got a text from an anonymous number as follows:

720-523-5863 Don't walk into that buuilldiing -- the sprinklers might go off!, reply back

This is a pick-up line so it supports the theory it's a pork number, but I haven't contacted them, so.
