If you are getting calls from them, check your credit report on your own! That will answer the question as to whether they have reached the right person.
Caller told me legal action was being taken against me. Gave me a number to call and also "press one to be taken to an operator". I pressed one and got a live person that asked me if a Josh something lived here. I said "no" and she told me that she would take my number off the list. Seemed legit. Possibly a bill collector.
I got same call they said they would send cop to my door to arrest me and or go to my job and ask for my manager to be a witness and take me away in handcuffs these people are crazy ... I have never herd of someone going to jail for a debt at least not in this century lol especially for a debt they could not explain who money was owed to
