We have seen many "conclusions" regarding spammy / scammy phone calls.
Some folks think the Do Not Call list is given to spammers.
Some folks think the telephone companies give away the numbers.
Some folks think their banks, credit card companies, stores or utilities sell the phone numbers.
However, yours is the first one that stated the calls are due to your time zone.
Perhaps you can get back in your time machine, and return to the days before Alexander Graham Bell invented the phone, and avoid all phone calls?
Otherwise, try obtaining a call blocker.
They are time zone independent.
