This is a debt collector. I have blocked around 7 to 10 different numbers from these people, they just keep calling get from other numbers. Very annoying. Never leave messages either.
This is a bill collector, Trans World Systems, calling from multiple numbers to get you to answer and identify yourself or someone else as associated with the phone number they have entered (yours). It is best not to answer and if you inadvertently do so, hang-up without saying a word.
