Received a call from this number and did not answer. I called the number back and the line answered with music playing. After about 30 seconds, a person answered by the name of Leah, and said thank you for calling 365 resources. I told her to remove my number from their call list and hung up.
If you get more calls .. keep the number and the time and length of the call. Call the operator and ask for a malicious call trace. Even though the caller ID is probably masked, there is background information the phone company can see. If they call you at work .. ask you telecom dept if the have SIP lines .. if they do have them pull the call information and look in the SIP logs they maybe able to tell the IP that the call came from or the real ANI. If you get an IP it can be looked up in the WHOIS database online, and you should be able to get a technical contact phone number from there ... if not a company name.
