It's a pre recorded message. The "person" claims to initially be having problems with their headset. This is to try and make you think you're dealing with a real person. Claims you have stayed at "one of their resorts". Offers you a "great deal" for Orlando. I hung up. Only picked up because it's a Colorado number.  OBVIOUS SCAM
