Same as everyone else. They called about my car's warranty and asked for personal information. I'm thinking about going to the police, but I doubt it will do much good
A recording called stating my warrenty on my vehichle was about to expire. I was transfered to a man wanting my personal information. Then he asked for the make and model of my vehicle.
Since I do not own a vehicle with a warrenty about to expire I asked him, "what vehicle he was calling about"? He did not answer my question and when he realized I was asking him questions and not answering his questions he hung up on me.
I just got a call from this number at work on my cell phone. So my coworker was like lets talk to them. We hit 1 to speak to a representative. After a few minutes some girl named Christine came on the line. We asked if this was about our car and she goes yes the warranty on your engine and transmisson...blah blah blah. We told her we weren't interested and asked her to remove my number from the system. She got quiet then hung up.
Yep, same as everyone else here. Got the call just a min ago on my cell phone but I let it go to voice mail. Something about my vehicle's warranty about to expire. If you search for the number using Google, it comes up with a name and address in Denver.
