Calls several times a week on home phone so I tried calling the same number back with cell phone no answer and call goes blank .
They never leave message .
I can't find info on the number .
This is a scam. Answers the phone like we are friends and when asked who he is he Says his name is Joel Collins calling for the Colorado Police Foundation out of New Jersey. When asked why he's calling from NJ with a CO number he hangs up.
