It's a fax from a company trying to offer a $50,000 Business Loan. It has a website listed. www.fastwc.com
It also says to be removed from their list, call 888-261-0361.
Caller ID says Netprowa. They called at 6:37 AM on Aug 8, 2013. They transmitted a FAX tone. I have no idea why they are annoying citizens at this hour but it won't happen again. They are added to my reject list on my call blocker. That is the only way to stop these pests. The Do Not Call list is a joke. Filing a complain is a waste of time. Get a call blocker and put an end to this nonsense.
