I got a call this morning at 0432 from 720-606-7110. My check on Google says this is from a phone in Denver, CO. The caller ID says it is NETPROWA calling. My number is listed in the "DO NOT CALL REGISTER" and I would like to know how to notify the government about this disturbing call. I was under the impression that violations like this will subject the caller to a $10,000 fine. It would be fine with me if they did indeed suffer such a penatly.
