Keep receiving calls from this number but I don't answer. I've contacted the FCC and my members of congress to have the law changed. If it is not a legal call, assess a fine of $100/call made (answered or not), plus cost of apprehending, trying them, and collecting, and share it with private realm people willing to do the leg work. Bankruptcy not permitted by company or individuals involved. If the company can't pay all the fines/costs then the owners'/mangers' own property will be eligible for taking, includng any property where at least some of the income was used to pay for it, even if it was put into someone else's name. For individuals, they can keep yearly income/benefts equal to the poverty level, but everything else can be taken, if necessary--homes, autos, jewelry, investments, retirement funds, gifts, etc. If others demand this change in the laws it will lead to changes which will decrease the number of calls because it will be too risky of a business. Those calling from other countries will be harder to capture and prosecute, but it could be done.
