I just researched the web and it seems these people are trying to hack out accounts. You know when you're u reset a password on some sites, they text your phone a code that you have to type in to verify it is really you. According to the article I just read, this appears to be along the same line. We text back the code they sent and then they have the authenticity to move forward with what they are trying to hack. Disturbing.
