Got to a rep named Scott who gave company name as Avalon and then as Sunpast. Gave toll free callback number as (800) 932-8052. Seems like a scam to me since they changed their name through the call and did not call from the number they claimed to be from. Called from a CO number but are based in CA?!?! Called number back and received, "All circuits are busy, please call back" message. SCAM ALERT!
