Harassment - Aggressive credit card caller

They'll call you for loans and hang up on you when you don't need any.

sounded like a young girl- and there was alot of giggling in back ground-  girl on line kept saying  hello, as if she was to mentally challenged to understand this was an answering machine.

Caller ID showed:  DENVER CO.   Don't know who it was.  My landline is protected by a call blocker unit. They didn't follow the instructions from my call blocker so it blocked the call automatically.

Called, no message. Have been getting a lot of random calls lately even though I am on the do not call list.
