I totally disagree with Cyclops, and so does the FCC. The FCC recommends we NEVER call back any numbers we don't recognize, unless you WANT the party to call you back. Even if you choose the option to be put on their "Do Not Call List", they won't abide by this and they will keep calling you, no matter what, unless you block the number. Even then, their robocalling machine, or computer, will just call from another phone number because they know you answered it or called back, setting you up for their likely scam. It's very possible the call is a scam anyway, especially if they just ask for head of household, or they use a name that isn't yours, trying to trick you into tell them your name, and more.
If your phone number is registered on the National, and your state's, Do Not Call List, they should not be calling you. Period!
It's a scam. 100% certain based on what I've read here from others getting these calls.
I didn't hear the call and they no message left. Caller ID was this number. I blocked it.
Just don't answer. Block the number. Report the number to the FCC, though likely it's a spoofed or VoIP phone number anyway.
