Who called from 7206398083

Called my cell. They hung up before my voicemail answered. I wouldn't have answered it anyway. Don't know this number.

As soon as I answered they hung up.

Called them back and an automated message was trying to sell me a security system. It gave the option to be put on a do not call list but when you would hit the number it would just restart the automated message.

Called my cell again. Didn't answer. No message left. Now blocked.

I don't answer phone numbers I don't recognize and don't leave messages. I now Google the numbers and then BLOCK them.
