Called++++no answer---blocked

11/20 - 11:26 AM. Call came on my cell phone (!!) dead air.

Extended Car Warranty - Seemed to be Automated but sounded oddly like a real person. Wouldn't directly answer any of my questions.

Phone rang, I let it ring 3 times, picked up handset, said nothing. Caller hung up a few seconds later.
