They keep calling but leaving no message

I have my  number on the do not call list and this number continues to call me regardless.  It is annoying.

I get calls but never answer them, and they just keep calling.  I have no home phone, so all this is coming through my cell number.  Maybe I'll answer it next time just to find out who it is and I'll post it here.

Asked if I wanted to be a part of some sort of research.  Told them "not interested" and hung up... however, the calls continue

Kept calling my cell in the evening and wouldnt leave a message. Now blocked.
