As Ryan mentioned, it's a robo call but the "person" on this line sounded vaguely like an elderly woman. They were begging me for donations to some Breast Cancer fundraiser.
Asked for Patrick. Told them wrong number. They said maybe I can help you. Then launched into "Calling for breast cancer fund drive for women who cannot afford their medications." *click*
