Holy did i ever laugh my a** off when i read these comments!!!
I get harrassed 18 time just in the A.M. and I too have signed up for everest collage into. send us an email damit!!!!
I had the same experience and it is not appreciated as my husband works nights and we like to allow calls to come through in case of an emergency with our son or parents. One call is acceptable but I do not believe Everest is concerned about anything but the bottom dollar. For this I would never support a business with such a poor marketing program. I would not believe they could teach marketing as they can't do so for themselves appropriately.
I am finding it interesting that I to have recently made an online inquiry about Everst College - the person i spoke to though was cordial and I did indicate that I would go to his office - but I could not find parking close enough to allow me to walk it - (disability) in as much as I was intersted in the possiblity of the courses offered there, the timing was worng and the parking was impossible - and there is no way that I am doing the bus thing at the mercy of the system again - nevertheless - the issue of this ongoing phone call thing is just too much - it starts at 8am by noon they have called 5 times and by 11pm it has been a dozen or more - please make it stop
thank you
Here is a message to all of you - here is how to deal with it, but do deal with it - call them back - takes two minutes, easy and painless - tell them you have made contact - you received the infroamtion froma local source - thank them and ask them please to stop the calls - because you asked for information online it clicks into their main office, and they don't appear to know if someone locally has made the contact - thank them and say goodbye to the calls - it does work, and it is immediate - just do it !
