This is the second call i have received from this rotten woman. she was utterly rude to me when the person she wished to speak to would not answer. I asked her what company she was from and she immediately hung up. CLEARLY A ROTTEN PERSON / SCAM GOING ON
She called several weeks ago about being from the "Interchange" or something and there were changes to my merchant standing. Before I could investigate who this caller was, I told them to call back later because I was busy. Looking into the phone number etc I confirmed it was some sort of scam call. She attempted to call me several times over 2 days and I never picked up.
Today she called again with the same spiel, and I asked what company she was with and she said the "Interchange" for merchant processors etc. I hung up on her. She tried to call back 3 times and I hung up each time, blocked the phone #.
Received a call trying to reach the owner about "merchant services" and changes that have been made. I said that the owner doesn't deal with that and I that our merchant services has already informed us of any changes and hung up. She called back immediately, she is very pushy and rude. She said she will continue to call until she reaches the owner. Good Luck!
Called me again yesterday, 2 back to back calls at 1536 MST and same thing again two minutes later. I didn't answer any as already saved in my phone as 'BS', no messages left.
