It's Comenity Bank.  They issue a ton of store credit cards like Torrid, Victoria's Secret, Forever 21, etc.  They will harass the you know what out of you if you are late on a payment or miss one.  Harassment as in 20 calls or more a day from various phone numbers.  It's crazy.
