Who called from 7207291832

i have used bad calls to report this netprowa and netproca, many times over the past several years. ca badcalls will not stop these annoying calls.

Had these guys blocked but the # is different so it got thru.  It's a fax machine trying to signal to another fax - what is the gain by these companies to harass consumers?  If we have landlines that are listed, yes, the lines are active, anybody would know that.  But what is the gain by calling and then selling nothing or saying nothing or faxing nothing?
