Robo-hctib starts right in with "This is a notification about your google listing..." blah blah blah. Yet another scammer trying to represent themselves as google (although they don't really say that, most people assume it's google calling them and not some parasite who just makes money by ripping people off to "optimize" their listing) to get money for something a business owner can do for free, namely update their free google listing. Some of these outfits go so far as to threaten to "de-list" your business unless you call them immediately and employ their "services" Bottom line, google needs as many businesses as it can get to post a free google listing, because that adds content that google can then incorporate into search results and maps. Don't be scammed by these losers.
