I answered this call as it a local (spoofed, probably) exchange. Illegal robo-call, as soon as you pick up, some prerecorded dick informing you that "This is a VITAL CALL for a PARTICULAR REASON!!!"...your google listing..." How effing stupid. Like saying "This is a CAR with ROUND WHEELS". I have received this same robo-dick recorded message on numerous other numbers over the years...adding this to the database. Oh, and this call came in 7 minutes after another new google listing scammer called. They are hoping you believe they are with google (who doesn't call people about their listings, least of all robo-call) and will pay them money to "optimize" your listing. What does that mean? Not much, other than you're out your money and probably will end up on every scammers hot list as a grade - A mark.
