I answered, no one said anything. I called back, he asked for donations to help police officer's families killed on duty.  I kept asking for information on his charity so I could check it out, he kept asking for donations and avoiding my questions.  Obviously a scam.

Would not give me their address when I asked and since I answered the call they call 2-3 times/day even though I asked to be put on do not call list.

Introduced himself as "Joe Collins" and was seeking funds for the Colo. Springs Police "Foundation."   Hung up.  Called the local CSPD and they didn't think it was authentic (e.g., a "scam") and provided me the phone number to call the CSPD Public Affairs tomorrow (719) 385-5906.

Called 11-12-16 at 3:57 p.m. CID showed V112175738004455. No message was left. If the call was legitimate a message would have been left so no doubt a criminal calling. Number BLOCKED!

Answered call- no one on the other end. Get this call one or two times a day- just let it ring it's bs
