Caller ID says StarzEncore but it does the "congratualtions on your excellent credit" and that you're entitled to a better rate on your cards. Obviously not from Starz! I know people there, I may call them and let them know someone has taken their ID.
I got a call from this number this morning at 11:17. My caller ID read Starz Encore. I answered the call and immediately hung up. There was no call back and no message left.
