Computer generated message replying to a Texas One Call (before you dig) request stating that Level 3 Communications didn't have any cables buried in my yard. I already knew that!
They are a carrier testing the phone lines. I called in a complaint about poor quality phone reception and they have been doing test calls to me from that number.
