I picked the call up..the lady on the other end is a ding batt..I said I wasn't interested and she kept blabbing on about some vacation in Florida..

Phishing scam trying to get you to say "yes"

Some sort of weird scam.  Seemed to be a disguised recording (or someone who wasn't listening) of you won 75% off of a cruise or some standard scam bait.  Only started 20 seconds in.
