Mike Shultz from Capitol Steel said he saw our company info on the Builder's Exchange and "is working with a company to develop new ground up construction projects in our area". Didn't give any specific details. Has left voice mails with us several times now.
Just received call from Mike Schultz looking for contractors to take on new construction jobs. It appears lots of people are getting this call from the same guy/same number, be careful
Received a call from Mike Schultz ...After asking what type of "light commercial work" he was interested in- he hung up
some one i want to work for... NOT
Got a call from 720-922-5500 Capitol Steel. I cut him off immediately and asked if this was a sales call. He got cocky and asked "why, do you want to buy something". The guys a jerk and a scam...do not fall for their sales pitch.
This is definitely a scam and Mike Schultz is a complete jerk. He just called me about 15 minutes ago. At first this seemed like a legitimate call but it quickly went sideways once I started punching holes in this guys sales pitch. He went from very kind to hateful in just a few seconds. Be very wary. It appears their website doesn't even have a phone number or address. This in itself throws up red flags.
